Nevertheless, in the event of any unexpected negative experience or dissatisfaction, your valuable comments and feedback will undoubtedly play an important role in improving the quality of our products and services. Where applicable*, we will either resend an equivalent replacement product or provide a cash refund for the returned item.

Through the combined dedication, hard work, and sincere efforts of the experienced team at Varendra Bayna, we remain steadfast in achieving this goal. However, due to various unavoidable circumstances (such as negligence by courier/transport personnel, accidental incidents, or natural disasters), unexpected and undesirable situations may still arise.

What You Should Do:
Please record a video during the unpacking/unboxing of every product (showing only the package and the product). In the event of any unexpected or undesirable situation, and where applicable*, we will either resend an equivalent replacement product or provide a cash refund for the damaged item(s).

*Note: In cases where the delivered product(s) are damaged due to accidental incidents or natural disasters, both Varendra Bayna and the customer shall bear the responsibility proportionately.
